Uitslag Call 2024 voor Capacity Building in Higher Education bekend!
Voor de 2024 aanvraagronde van Capacity Building in Higher Education zijn 972 voorstellen ingediend. Uiteindelijk krijgen 151 projectaanvragen subsidie toegekend. 142 verschillende landen zijn hierbij betrokken.
Uitslag voor Nederland
Nederland heeft 88 aanvragen ingediend. Hiervan zijn tien projectaanvragen goedgekeurd voor subsidie. Bij vier van deze projecten heeft Nederland de rol als coördinator. Een positieve ontwikkeling in vergelijking met de resultaten van Call 2023. Toen werden 72 aanvragen gedaan. Daarvan werden elf projecten goedgekeurd, met twee keer een rol als coördinator. Totale budgetverdeling over regio’s
Er wordt een totaalbudget van € 99.422.117 verdeeld over 10 regio’s. De regio Sub-Sahara Afrika krijgt met uitstek het grootste bedrag toegewezen: bijna € 26 miljoen. Ook binnen Nederland zijn de meeste goedgekeurde samenwerkingen in call 2024 met Sub-Sahara Afrika. De Pacific regio krijgt, met bijna € 400.000, het kleinste bedrag toegewezen.

Capacity Building in Higher Education is een centrale actie van Erasmus+. Deze wordt beheerd door het EACEA (Uitvoerend Agentschap voor onderwijs, audiovisuele media en cultuur) in Brussel. De actie is erop gericht het hoger onderwijs te versterken in landen die niet zijn aangesloten bij het programma Erasmus+.
